DRFT, started in 1990, by certified strength and conditioning specialist Dave Rubin,
is an independent company designed to improve the overall performance of athletes in their athletic endeavors.
All speed sessions commence with a thorough warm-up consisting of dynamic stretches and sprint improvement drills.
Drills include balancing drills; plyometric box and cone drills to improve explosive starting motion;
hip flexibility and pulling drills to improve stride length; and various ladder and slide board drills to improve foot speed quickness.
Various agility drills, with emphasis on hip, knee and ankle motions will be a standard part of each session.
In gym sessions include teaching proper technique on multi-joint athletic strength movements such as cleans, presses, rows and squats.
