This jIRC java applet is only supported in Netscape 4.0 and IE 4.0 or above.
Please Grant the permission when the pop up window appears in Netscape or IE.

To gain access to the Chat Window, the Security level of your browser must be set to no higher then Medium and Java must be enabled.
You may encounter problems if your version of Windows has not been updated. If you need to, go to Microsoft's web site and do so.
You must be running Internet Explorer or Netscape version 4.0 and higher.

Dave Rubin's Sports Training Chat's are held every Sunday from 7 till 11pm. Starting Sunday March 25th.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR USING THIS JAVA CHAT PROGRAM.
  • Where it says Nick Name, remove Guest and enter a nick name you would like to use.
  • If you see your Nickname change to Guest once you are in the channel, then Disconnect then choose another Nickname.
  • Do not change the Channel name.
  • Channel Password: leave blank.
  • Server Name: If you encounter a problem connecting, Disconnect and use the drop down arrow and pick the second or third server in the list.
  • Real Name, you can enter your real name if you like, it's not required.
  • Server Port, DO NOT change the number.
  • Do not un-check Display URL.
  • Do not un-check Enable Identd.
  • Then click the Connect Now button.
