"I
have been a part of DRFT Sports Training since my freshmen year
of High School and it has definitely increased my physical attributes
as well as my ability. I have worked out personally with DRFT Sports
Training in weightlifting, speed, quickness and agility work. I
have been able to significantly increase my speed and agility for
football, cut weight, lower my body fat and become stronger. These
improvements played a major role in my success in high school and
in making a transition from quarterback to wide receiver in college.
DRFT Sports Training has helped me a great deal over the past 5
years and I will continue to look at him for guidance throughout
my athletic career."

"I have been a part of DRFT Sports Training since my sophomore year in high school.
Intense speed and in gym training sessions have significantly improved my speed, agility, strength,
muscle mass and flexibility but these workouts have also brought discipline to my life.
The year by year improvements working with DRFT Sports Training over these years have enabled me to have success at the high school level,
have continued success at the college level and led to my being drafted by the Atlanta Braves.
Now as I move a step closer to my dream of playing at the major league level,
I will once again turn to DRFT Sports Training for guidance in my speed and strength training.
However, taking into consideration all the speed and strength improvements I have made under the guidance and
one-on-one sessions with DRFT Sports Training since my sophomore season,
I credit the biggest reason for my success to be the discipline and friendship Dave Rubin has brought to my life"

Jeff Brown (Baseball - Drexel University)
“I began working under Dave Rubin in the DRFT Sports Training program the
summer before my junior year in high school. Since then, the DRFT Sports
Training program has developed not only my physical ability, but my mental
approach to athletics and leadership ability. DRFT weight lifting programs
and speed training sessions have increased both my speed and strength. They
have also instilled confidence in my ability to perform on both the football
and baseball fields. Over the course of one year, DRFT Sports Training was
able to help me develop from an average player on the sophomore football squad
to a captain and multiple team starter on the varsity squad. DRFT Sports
Training has also heightened my ability on the baseball field by training me
to make the transition from high school ball to the Division I Collegiate
level. I can honestly say that many of the accomplishments that I have
achieved on the athletic fields would not have been possible if it had not
been for the help, training, and guidance of Dave Rubin and DRFT Sports
Training.”

Freddie Von Bryant (Football - Committed to Duke University)
At Washington Township High School, I played 4 years of football at running back and ran track as a sprinter.
I recently committed to attend Duke University on full scholarship to play Division I football.
In high school I was named All-Conference, All-Group IV and All-South Jersey.
DRFT Sports Training teaches priorities, the importance of education and on that accord
I was also named to the All-South Jersey All-Academic team.
I will continue to have success in college if it's God's will.
DRFT Sports Training made me a better athlete, improved my speed by nearly half a second and noticeably improved my footwork.
I can honestly say that without DRFT Sports Training I would not be going to Duke.
At Duke's summer combine camp I posted a 4.34 second forty yard dash time. With God's blessing,
hard work from myself and DRFT Sports Training; I reached my goal of attaining a Division I scholarship.
I will take what I learned and will continue to learn from Dave Rubin and DRFT Sports Training
and use it to continue to make me a better athlete. Watch for me on ESPN's "Sports Center."
